Good
good location, close to bus station and easy to reach places of interest.
I have stayed in a lot of 4 star hotels and this seemed a bit run down in areas. the was also outside decorating working taking place in the opposite building. very noisy first thing in morning. A curtesy message on arrival would of been nice.

Hotel with good parking but difficult to communicate in English.
Parking. Close to the city center.
No fridge. Not all people at the reception speaks English. The equipment doesn't reflect 4 stars hotel.

Comfortable.
The staff was friendly although had no dealings other than check-in/out. The room was clean. The location was close to the bus stop and not far from anything.
Smelled a bit musty going in, like the laundry hadn't been quite dry when the room was made up. Opening the windows solved this. The shower in our room would not remain in place and the water pressure was difficult to navigate so that it wouldn't rotate the head towards the ceiling. For whatever reason we lost all water halfway thru my wife's shower. By the time I checked with the front desk it had returned. They did have two singles for the main bed and a third single against one of the windows which made the room feel smaller than it was.
